Food as art

I came across an artists portfolio today, and one of her pieces is a video of her partner cooking. (Click here for the video). He is cooking his way through the Alinea cookbook. From what I can tell, it is FAR from your usual cookbook. The precision and thought that goes into making this one recipe is amazing! I love watching him cook, and cut to exact measurements, and precise weights. The final result is stunning to look at, and I bet delicious.
